My documentary film, Rescues, will be screening at two festivals in May.  On May 6-7 it will show at the Clean Shorts Film Festival in Choctaw, OK.  Then, on May 13-14 it will screen at the Longleaf Film Festival in Raleigh, NC.   The short film examines the financial and emotional impact on animal rescue workers.  It is in its festival run now and at this time has garnered nine awards. It was awarded The Animalis Fabula Best of Fest for September, 2021 and at the Fall 2021 Southern Shorts Awards the film received eight individual awards.
